Carnoustie Medical Group (CMG), with the Monifieth Medical Group, Friockheim and Arbroath Practices, are in the south locality of Angus Community Health Partnership. We welcome new patients in the area.
Carnoustie Medical Group (CMG) is a well-integrated Primary Care Team that comprises eight partners with their employed, attached and visiting personnel. We are a committed Training Practice of GP registrars, doctors and foundation doctors. Medical and nursing students are also regularly attached to the Group.
We moved to our purpose built centre - Parkview Primary Care Centre - in May 2006. Parkview Primary Care Centre also houses health services such as podiatry, physiotherapy, psychiatry, psychology, dietetics, speech therapy and counselling. We also have a minor injury assessment/treatment service.
The practice is conveniently located on Barry Road, opposite Boots Pharmacy who can fulfill prescriptions issued. Parking is available at the practice.

The practice is open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Please phone 01241 859888 for appointments or enquiries. We record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for training and safety purposes.

Dr Davies joined the practice in 2018 and has been a GP since 1991. He spent 12 years in the RAF so is experienced in military and aviation medicine.
Dr Gorrie initially pursued a career in surgery and spent 7 years working in Yorkshire before completing his general practice training in 2017.
Lynn is responsible for the co-ordination and management of all non-clinical aspects of the practice including strategic direction.
Carolyn is our Advanced Nurse Practitioner and can advise, treat and prescribe for many common ailments and injuries.
