Managers

Kelly is responsible for the co-ordination and management of non-clinical aspects of the practice including strategic direction.

Areas included are personnel and training, teambuilding, systems organisation, finance, health and safety, information management, computing and audit, and dealing with deal with complaints and feedback. Kelly joined the practice in May 2026.

Clare deputises in the absence of the Practice Manager, and is responsible for the day to day operation of the practice as well as GMS Contract responsibilities. She is responsible for group GMS Contract chronic disease management call and recall systems, data and spreadsheet management including updating patient electronic records, the day to day management of the computer system including teaching new staff, and our social media presence.
