Who are we?
The Patient Participation Group is a recently formed group of volunteers from within the practice population of Carnoustie Medical Group.
What do we do?
The group seek to encourage patients to give their views and opinions about the services provided by the practice.

Your comments will be treated in confidence and will be of value in helping to develop services. All comments will be discussed by the PPG prior to being brought to the attention of the practice.
Outcomes
We plan to report in the practice newsletter on the issues raised and subsequent outcomes.
This in no way replaces the official complaints procedure of the practice.
