Press 2 to cancel
We have updated our phone options to include an appointment cancellation mailbox.
After phoning the practice, you can now press 2 and leave a message giving details of the appointment you wish to cancel.
The full range of options available when you phone are now as follows:
- Emergency: press 1
- Cancellations [NEW]: press 2
- Prescriptions: press 3
- Results: press 4
- Hold on for all other enquiries
Details you will need to leave
If you press 2 to cancel an appointment you will be asked to leave the following details:
- Patient name
- Date of birth
- The date and time of the appointment
- Who the appointment is booked with
Why have we made this change?
This change will save our patients who wish to cancel from having to hold on in queues, and give us better availability.
