Angus Diabetes Forum Meeting - 22 August 2019
The next Angus Diabetes Forum topic is 'Food and Activity', with a dietitian on hand to answer your food questions over a cuppie.
We will be talking about:
- Food labels
- What should I eat?
- Local activity options
There will also be a recipe swap (bring your favourite recipe along), and a dietitian will be on hand to answer your food questions.
The event takes place in the Lintrathen Room, Whitehills Health & Community Care Centre, Station Road, Forfar, DD8 3DY on Thursday 22 August 2019, from 10am - 12 noon.

What is the Angus Diabetes Forum?
Angus Diabetes Forum is for adults affected by Type 2 diabetes. There is a relevant talk by a health care or other professional and a chance to ask questions and socialise with others over a cuppie. No need to book, no charge, and patients can bring a friend or family member for support.
Patients may attend any forum that suits them, not just the one in their own locality.
