They work together with people who were abused in care to arrange access to person-centred support that will help them to lead full, healthy and independent lives, and to find their own pathways to a positive future.
After someone registers they will meet a fully trained and trauma-informed Support Coordinator. Together they will identify the survivor's needs, what is important to them, and the speciﬁc outcomes they wish to achieve and agree a tailored package of supports.
