What is MedLink?
We have started to use the MedLink system in practice to reach some of our patients with chronic diseases such as asthma.
You may receive a text asking you to complete a questionnaire. Once completed a nurse will review the details, add to your record and contact you if any further input is required.
This system is being used throughout Angus.
